Warranty

Prior to closing, buyers are invited to a "Pre-Closing Inspection" when Deep River Plantation's on-site Warranty Manager tours the home to explain the operation of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence, to answer any questions, and identify and remaining work to complete. Deep River Plantation's Customer Service team will schedule a visit with the owners approximately 45 days after closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.

Deep River Plantation's experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team will address other items, excepting normal wear-n-tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
